Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to patients, managing clinic operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
