Job Description

CallMiner is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our customer interaction analytics solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, and driving customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and requirements based on customer feedback and business objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our products meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning
  • Experience with generative AI, including tools and frameworks like GPT and DALL-E
  • Experience working in remote environments, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a distributed team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML ops, including knowledge of operationalizing AI/ML models in production environments
  • Certifications in AI or product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices, including understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development
