Unit Overview

The 6 Orthopedics unit is a fast-paced environment with 23 beds, serving elective orthopedic and trauma patients. We have remote telemetry monitoring capabilities and work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to a variety of patients
  • Commit to full-time employment for at least a year
  • Actively participate in all learning opportunities offered
Requirements
  • Graduate nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or licensed RN by state of employment
  • BLS required prior to orientation completion
