Job Summary:

As a Server Assistant at RA Sushi, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and cleaning tables, sushi bar, and lounge areas to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Supporting servers and service staff with drink refills and clearing tables to ensure seamless service.
  • Assisting with the setup of large parties and communicating which areas of the restaurant are ready to be seated to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
  • Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a state and/or local food handlers card (where applicable).
  • Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (or in accordance with state law).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, and work overtime as required.
