Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our team at Northside Hospital Atlanta. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography exams using digital mammography equipment
  • Position patients correctly and ensure accurate image capture
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mammography protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality images and patient care
Requirements
  • ARRT -Mammo certification required
  • ARDMS/RVT certification required
  • Min of 2 years of experience within specialty
  • Required BLS
  • Experience with Cerner is preferred
  • Mammo II Tech with Bone Density experience is a plus
Work Environment

This is a travel position, and you will be working in a variety of settings, including hospitals and imaging centers. You will be required to travel to different locations and work with a variety of equipment and technology.
