Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. This is a 13-week contract opportunity that requires a strong background in Emergency Department nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patients of all acuity levels and ages, including pediatrics, in the Emergency Department.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
Requirements
  • 2 years of current Emergency Department experience required.
  • NJ or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
  • 8 total stroke contact hours, including NIHSS and TNCC, or 4 trauma contact hours required.
Schedule Information
  • Scheduling will be based on the greatest needs of the department, from Sunday to Saturday.
  • Candidates may have back-to-back weekends or multiple weekend shifts.
  • May be expected to work holidays.
Unit Specific Information
  • Unit details: Emergency Department (ED).
  • Travelers should expect to work on any unit based on staffing needs and may include ED patient care responsibilities.
Additional Details
  • Travelers must complete the DS within 48 hours after signing the contract.
  • Will not accept travel pairs.
