Hospitality Health ER Seeks Experienced Valet Driver

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Valet Driver to join our team at Hospitality Health ER, a freestanding ER in Longview, TX. As a Valet Driver, you will provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a comfortable and dignified experience for our patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle service for patient and visitor drop off and pick up to and from designated parking lot areas to the emergency facility.
• Communicate with patients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Relocate vehicles on the lot as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous vehicle maintenance, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Inspect company-owned vehicles to ensure they are up to code and running properly and safely.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant, and calm environment inside the shuttle.
• Fuel vehicles as needed and log trip counts.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the department supervisor.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of parking and facility.
• Provide a memorable, personal, and professional experience to all patients and visitors.
• Stock supplies inside the facility as needed.
• Greet all visitors and guests promptly and professionally.
• Transport lab specimens by picking them up from Tyler HHER and delivering them to Longview HHER.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain sanitary work areas.
• Ensure lab specimens are securely and safely stored in the delivery.
• Verify and sign delivery receipts.
• Track and log maintenance and mileage data to the company database.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Maintain flexibility and availability for on-call and any coverage requirements.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Adaptability to ongoing changes.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Clean criminal and driving record.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Impeccable driving record.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
