Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at Westchester Medical Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting in the clinical management of patients and supervising a team of professional nurses, aides, and clerical support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the clinical management of patients using accepted nursing practice
  • Supervise a team of professional nurses, aides, and clerical support staff
  • Provide practical training and staff development
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current license in New York State as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Certified in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
  • One year of professional nursing experience
