Work Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Contract Duration: 11 months

Overview:

The Intersect Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist a prominent retail client. This role involves providing essential support for a significant store refresh project. You will be responsible for delivering both telephonic and backend assistance to on-site technicians, including tasks such as decommissioning, installations, and provisioning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment
  • Experience with networking
  • Background in helpdesk support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Familiarity with retail operations
  • Knowledge of gas station systems
