Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site management and in-patient consultation for both Deer Valley and Sonoran Crossing Hospital
- Lead the Palliative Care team in evaluating patient needs and determining the best course of action
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Board Certification in Palliative Care
- At least 3 years of Palliative Care leadership experience with direct supervision of a Palliative Care team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
