About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Microbiologist to join our team at Selkirk Pharma. As a key member of our Microbiology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality test results, interacting with customers, and providing technical leadership and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Contamination Control Strategies to ensure the highest level of sterility assurance.
  • Support the development of Qualification Strategies for classified areas and Aseptic Process Simulations.
  • Develop and oversee EMPQs and Contamination Control Strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with Micro Quality Event Management items, including complaints, deviations, and CAPAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or equivalent required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Quality Control for Parenteral, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in Contamination Control Strategies, Sterility Assurance, and Aseptic Process Simulations.
  • Knowledge of FDA and EU regulations as they pertain to GMP fill/finish activities.

  • Competitive salary range: $107,000 - $130,000 annually.
