Surveillance Agent Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team at Hollywood Casino Morgantown. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent suspicious activity
  • Record and review footage to identify potential security breaches
  • Collaborate with security teams to investigate incidents and implement security protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Surveillance Assistant Shift Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred
  • Basic computer and typing skills required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
Physical Demands:
  • Sitting 90% of the time
  • Standing 10% of the time
  • Lifting/moving maximum of 20 lbs
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination to operate camera switcher controls
