Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our Finance department at Certified Employment Group. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial forecasting and analysis, along with expertise in Business Intelligence tools. The successful individual will be adept at interpreting intricate data sets, generating actionable insights, and fostering collaborative relationships that enhance the effectiveness of various departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reconciliations to guarantee the precision and integrity of financial information.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools, especially Excel BI (Power Pivot and Power Query), to analyze and present data visually.
  • Enhance and develop analytical and reporting capabilities to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to inform business strategies.
  • Leverage knowledge of operational processes to derive significant conclusions from data.
  • Create clear and impactful visual presentations of data findings for stakeholders.
  • Supervise the collection and consolidation of financial data from diverse sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the reporting lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a comparable role, with a solid foundation in FP&A.
  • Demonstrated experience with Prophix or similar FP&A tools.
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence tools, particularly Excel BI (Power Pivot, Power Query).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
