Master's Prepared APRN in Rheumatology Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Master's Prepared APRN in Rheumatology to join our team at ARcare Inc. This role involves providing advanced clinical care, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of rheumatic diseases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of rheumatology, with expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical care to patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for patients, utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct thorough history and physical assessments of patients, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, utilizing critical thinking to inform patient care decisions.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on disease management and treatment options.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least six months of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
