Pet Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Trainer to join our team at PetSmart in California. As a Pet Trainer, you will play a vital role in teaching engaging classes to pet parents for all stages of their pet's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classes to a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and ages
• Emphasize the safety and comfort of pets and pet parents in each class
• Show patience to pet parents when training their excited puppies
• Guide pets through our Pet Therapy Training Program
• Build strong bonds with all two-legged and four-legged members of your class

About Your Career

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (unless located in Montana or where otherwise required by local or state law)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
