Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team at PRN Healthcare. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts. The job requires a strong understanding of CT scanning principles and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
