Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide and supervise groups of students, maintain confidentiality, and work with students in a positive and motivational manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions-oriented approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
Requirements
  • Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a current Wisconsin Teaching License.
  • Passionate and engaging educator with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with all learners by setting learning expectations at students' readiness levels.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Proficient office skills with computers and software.
  • Able to interact with others effectively, follow directions, and initiate activities independently.
  • Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills and abilities are a plus.
