Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will create individualized treatment plans to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder achieve their goals. You will lead a supportive team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance and training to ensure high-quality care.

You will work closely with parents and caregivers to understand each child's unique needs and develop personalized strategies to promote progress and independence. Our team focuses on creating a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
