Job Overview

Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our Research & Insights team. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining client datasets, and elevating the quality of our reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients regarding their real estate needs and preferences
  • Conduct market research to identify viable real estate options for clients
  • Research demographic information in various markets to inform client decisions
  • Verify availability and key information with real estate professionals
  • Prepare market reports and real estate market overviews to support client decisions
  • Assist brokers and transaction managers with client requirements
  • Manage and validate client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Develop case-based analysis of CRE and business metrics to bring value to clients
  • Present market insights and conditions to clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrate our research capabilities and tools to clients and internal teams
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Three years' experience in commercial real estate preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demographic research and/or site selection experience preferred
  • Experience with CoStar, Crexi, or other real estate search engines preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Standard desired
  • Real Estate Salesperson license preferred

Work Environment

This role involves work of a general office nature, with extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day. Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing. Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand. Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
