Requirements
  • BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Three years' experience in commercial real estate preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demographic research and/or site selection experience preferred
  • Experience with CoStar, Crexi, or other real estate search engines preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Standard desired
  • Real Estate Salesperson license preferred

Work Environment

This role involves work of a general office nature, with extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
