- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our equipment, systems, and processes.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks, including electrical work, mechanical repairs, and hydraulic system maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and compile reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers, providing clear and concise information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing or oilfield operations.
- Basic knowledge of frac equipment and electrical systems.
- Journeyman Electrician License issued by the state of employment.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including extreme temperatures, heights, and chemicals.
- First Aid/CPR Training and Safe Land/PEC Certification.
- Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, and automation.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with hazardous materials.
