Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of services to meet members' financial needs, including transactions, new accounts, and introductory loan processing.
  • Answer member questions, seek opportunities to upsell and assist members with their financial concerns.
  • Help meet credit union growth objectives, build relationships with members, and evaluate new account requests.
  • Maintain records, ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Refer helpful products and services to our membership, and perform other duties as needed.
Performance Expectations
  • Ensure confidentiality and preservation of member records, transactions, and company assets.
  • Ensure all activity complies with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Be depended upon to perform all duties as scheduled, accurately and efficiently.
  • Foster and maintain effective collaborative relations within the department and with other departments.
  • Represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner to members, other credit unions, industry affiliates, the community, and all media channels.
