Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, building rapport, and listening to their needs.
• Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Work collaboratively with the cafe team to ensure seamless service and a welcoming environment.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
