We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality diagnostic imaging services for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners and ancillary equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Administer X-rays and other imaging modalities as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain quality control procedures on all equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist physicians in performing radiation treatment planning procedures and computer-enhanced imaging
- Utilize aseptic techniques and demonstrate ability to perform intravenous injections
- Review patient charts for proper exam and physician's orders
- Schedule cases to coordinate with other patient examinations
- Protect patients and staff from injury and unnecessary radiation through direct visual observation
- Differentiate anatomical abnormalities and notify radiologists
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean working area
- Perform all computer processing and imaging to ensure quality enhancement
- Troubleshoot equipment issues before calling for service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital dress codes
- Participate in on-call rotation and rotate to all shifts as needed
- Trade/Vocational School Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist with current, valid NJ Licensure
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Advanced CT Certification
