Culinary Chef

Marshall Opco LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Chef to join our team at MediLodge of Marshall. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals to residents, employees, and special events using proper food handling and food safety techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in large quantity food preparation, preferably with therapeutic diet preparation. A ServSafe Food Safety Certification is preferred but not required.

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, as instructed by the supervisor.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prep alternative items to meet residents' individual needs and food preferences.
• Utilize standardized recipes to prepare menu items.

• Minimum of 10th grade education or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in large quantity food preparation, preferably with therapeutic diet preparation.
