Front Office Associate

We are seeking a highly professional and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome parents and children into the center, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide courteous and efficient service, and forward calls when necessary.
  • Take detailed notes and messages and ensure they reach the appropriate staff member.
  • Coordinate with the center director or owner for additional tasks and responsibilities.
  • Open and close the center promptly according to the operational hours.
  • Conduct inventory checks and audits regularly, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of Code Ninjas.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in a front office role or similar customer service position is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
