We are seeking an experienced Product Visionary to join our team at Surgo Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the development of product vision and strategy, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive business growth.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own and drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype/MVP construction and final product development by engineering, design, and UX teams/agencies.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire company.
- Product Positioning: Work with the team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Surgo Health and its products across primary market segments.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Domain Expertise: Experience with data and analytics products in healthcare, with a deep understanding of the US healthcare market and the competition.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and experience in leading and managing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in product design, engineering, business, or related field a plus.
