We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Nurse to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing.
Job Summary:The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong commitment to patient safety.
Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an emergency department setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
The ER Nurse will work in a Level IV trauma center with a high volume of patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing vented patients and have experience in similar hospital settings.
