Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician B to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. As a key member of our composite manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing various functions on rotor blades, including receiving, moving, inspection, tear down, repair, balancing, and returning to service in accordance with Airbus Helicopters documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rotor blade repairs, including cleaning, sanding, body work/filling, and painting.
  • Develop a clear understanding of methods and procedures on rotor blade repairs.
  • Maintain close working relationships with assigned leads regarding schedules, priorities, and availability of parts, supplies, and tools.
  • Effectively utilize all hand tools needed to execute inspection and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience in the automotive (paint & body), aerospace, composite, woodworking, and/or other related skill/trade.
  • FAA Airframe Certificate preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional work ethic and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume workloads.
