Salary Information

We offer competitive salaries for our registered nurses, with a base salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care at Williamson Health provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized care plans, and implementing timely interventions
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and improve patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in quality improvement initiatives

This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Specialized certifications (e.g., ACLS, CCRN, CCP) based on unit requirements

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in critical care, telemetry, or emergency nursing, as well as certifications like TNCC or ENPC.
