Behavior Analyst Job Description

Healthpro Heritage, LLC is seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design measurable, evidence-based goals across environments.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care.
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems to continuously evaluate and improve client outcomes.
  • Provide regular parent training and consultation to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices and research.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices to provide the highest level of care.
  • Manage electronic data collection systems and store all records in the EMR.
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or a related field.
  • CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per state.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA and experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
