About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. The following responsibilities are associated with this position:
- Develop and maintain capacity plans, production schedules, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient inventory management, service levels, and cost objectives.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, service levels, and vendor performance to identify variance from goals.
- C coordinate with other departments in material and mold procurement, engineering change management, and new product launches.
- Lead weekly supply review meetings to discuss supply shortages and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Initiate and lead process improvement projects to drive better efficiencies and yield improvement in KPIs.
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in supply chain management or a related field. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of inventory management and MRP analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze root causes.
