Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Director to join our team at Cascade Hills Church in Columbus, Georgia. Our mission is to make fully devoted followers of Jesus out of irreligious people, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in video production or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience in technical director roles and live event production. They should be proficient in using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop, and have a strong understanding of camera operation and maintenance.

This role involves operating and maintaining control room and camera equipment, recording events and services, editing messages for TV timeslot constraints and social media posts, leading and building a volunteer team of the media ministry, and scheduling volunteers to accomplish recording of services.

The estimated salary for this position is $**65,000 - $85,000 per year**, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
