About the Opportunity
Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a skilled Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality outpatient services in Hartford County.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical services under the supervision of a physician
- Support Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physicians with referrals and outpatient management care
- Perform physical examinations and interviews to assess patient health and diagnose conditions
- Order diagnostic testing and interpret results to determine abnormal conditions
- Prescribe medication for patients
- Monitor and triage patient progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment
- Document and update patient records
Requirements
- Eligibility to be licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut
- Eligibility to be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
