About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Summer Poolside Ambassador at Sunburst Bay. This part-time, temporary role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in customer service, recreation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activity on the pool deck during open swim sessions.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations.
- Communicate with the Manager's Office via walkie-talkie to report any emergencies.
- Measure guests at slide towers and enforce height requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to cabana guests, take orders, and deliver food from the Snack Shack.
- Teach beginner to advanced swim lessons for Sunburst Swim School.
- Serve as a party attendant for Fun in the Sun party packages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour.
