Job Summary

The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections is seeking an experienced Mental Health Supervisor to lead our treatment programs and supervise clinical staff. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Arizona's youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment programs for youth
  • Supervise and train clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Evaluate and diagnose youth, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Oversee the intake, reception, assessment, and classification process
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services
Requirements
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Professional Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field
  • 2 years of clinical and program experience
  • Current, active Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) Independent license
