Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Single-Use Assembler to join our team at Meissner Filtration Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing single-use biocontainers, assembling single-use biopharmaceutical systems, and packaging/shipping finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble single-use assemblies according to design specifications, communicated via engineering drawings and SOPs.
  • Interface with computers/software to track production order status, generate electronic batch records, and control inventory.
  • Read and follow SOPs to perform manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Initiate welding cycles on machinery involved in production, and examine/test single-use products at various stages to detect nonstandard or defective assemblies.
Requirements
  • Production skills will be trained by Meissner personnel; a personal commitment to producing high-quality products is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic computer skills are required, with the ability to quickly learn customized software applications.

Work Environment

This role is performed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, requiring the use of powder-free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers. Only non-smokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom.

Shift Hours

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA, with shift hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.
