Job Summary:

Company Keepers is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and administering medications.
  • Support residents with managing their homes and activities, following their care plans and goals.
  • Assist individuals with self-administering medications and respond promptly to their requests for assistance.
  • Accurately document care provision and stay up-to-date with changes in care or support.
  • Alert program management to any changes in a resident's status or behavior.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience providing direct care.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write fluent English, with sensitivity to clients' needs.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working with culturally diverse populations and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
