Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team at ProAct - PBM. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering medication orders and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter medication orders accurately and efficiently
  • Select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
  • Provide customer service coverage for incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff as needed
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
  • Work with members to resolve payment-related issues on accounts/orders
  • Maintain production levels as determined by supervisor
  • Assist in orienting and training new employees
  • Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a customer service-related field
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy technician or related certification
Compensation

$16.36 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
