About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Castle Rock, CO.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students with communication disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students overcome speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Colorado licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
