About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kerry, a leading global taste and nutrition company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure equipment is available and online to meet production goals
  • Troubleshoot and make repairs to existing plant equipment, install new equipment, and perform building maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Maintain a positive attitude amidst unplanned events and a willingness to be flexible with work volume and type
  • Contribute to the greater plant as a liaison to safety, quality, engineering, or production programs
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues without direct oversight is preferred
  • Mechanical repair, general welding, ability to use hand tools, hand-held power tools, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel
  • Capable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutions
