Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse Float, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing routine and complex care to patients in a variety of clinical settings
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or compact
  • Current certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS
