Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing resources, and ensuring timely completion while staying within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to read blueprints and specifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in ISP/OSP.
This position involves performing bid walks, attending customer meetings, and coordinating manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. The Fiber Optic Splicing Specialist will also review project progress against job budgets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
