We are seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse to join our team. This role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a one-on-one setting, ranging from 8 to 16-hour shifts.

We have patients and openings in various locations across the country, including RGV, San Juan, Pharr, Alamo, McAllen, and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Coordinating patient assessments and care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Timely documentation of care provided in system of record
  • Teaching family members about patient health and wellness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you'll practice
  • Be current in CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Have TB skin test results within the last 12 months
  • Have at least six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
