About the Role:

Dartmouth Health is seeking a highly qualified Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide cardiac anesthesiology services for a high-acuity, clinically busy cardiac surgical service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cardiac anesthesiology services for a high-acuity, clinically busy cardiac surgical service.
  • Perform and interpret intra-operative transesophageal echocardiograms in real-time.
  • Provide cardiac anesthesiology services for structural heart procedures in a well-supported and high-volume center.
  • Case volume averages around 40,000+ cases per year at both the main campus and outpatient surgery center.
  • Challenging cases with a dynamic case mix, including Cardiac, Gynecology, Plastics, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Oncology, Trauma, Maxillofacial, Neurosurgery, Thoracic, Transplant, Vascular, and Orthopedics.
