Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-doctoral Research Fellow to join our team at the University of California. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neuroimaging and computational modeling, with expertise in graph theory, pattern recognition, and computational modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced research in neuroimaging and computational modeling, with a focus on developing novel methods and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our team of researchers to design and implement experiments, collect and analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Develop and maintain software tools and pipelines for neuroimaging data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and manuscripts for publication.
Requirements
  • Advanced research degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in neuroimaging, neuroinformatics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, or neuroscience.
  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following: graph theory, pattern recognition, and computational modeling, MRI image acquisition, reconstruction, and processing, genomics, informatics, and spatial transcriptomics, fMRI, EEG, and MEG data analysis, neuro-image analysis, familiarity with ADNI, PPMI, HCP, ABCD, and other public neuroimaging databases, familiarity with neuroimaging tools like Freesurfer, AFNI, SPM, FSL, BrainStorm, EEGLab, signal, image, and vision processing, experience in software development and tools such as MatLab and Python.
