- Represent the Company: Provide professional representation of Personnel Staffing, Inc. and its properties to residents and stakeholders.
- Apartment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and other related duties.
- HVAC Certification: Possess preferred HVAC certification to ensure technical competence in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Apartment Turnover: Plan and execute apartment turnover, scheduling, and vendor coordination as needed.
- Property Upkeep: Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the community, ensuring it always looks its best.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with management, leasing, and maintenance teams to achieve property goals and objectives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to changing job duties and priorities, as no two days in apartment management are the same.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $18 to $22 per hour.
- Overtime and On-Call: Overtime and on-call duties will be necessary on a planned schedule.
