We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Delivery Specialist to join our team at General RV Center. As a Sales Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience, building long-lasting relationships, and becoming a trusted problem-solver and expert in the RV industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our Delivery Coordinators to host customers on delivery day, creating an engaging and fun experience from arrival to departure.
  • Become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV, with training provided.
  • Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories and coordinate the installation of any purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales, and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
  • Previous customer service experience required, with familiarity with a retail environment a plus.
  • Sales experience highly desired.
  • Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
