Salary

Job Description
This role involves providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care environments, utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Prioritizing patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
  2. Modeling proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
  3. Contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
  4. Practicing in technologically complex clinical settings, managing ventilator integration to adaptive pulmonary support and airway management throughout multiple levels of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  1. 3 years of respiratory therapy experience in an acute care setting.
  2. A BSRT in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
  3. State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT).
  4. Preferred qualifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS), and Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist (NPS).
