Compensation: Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

  • Current state RN license
  • Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS within one year
  • PALS within 3 years
  • Actively pursuing CEN within 3 years
  • 6 month acute care nursing experience and/or equivalent emergency medicine experience (CST, LPN, or Paramedic)
  • Trauma Nurse Course preferred
