Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Lipscomb Dealerships. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for examining and diagnosing vehicles, discussing repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, and communicating additional service requests to the service advisor. You will also plan work in cooperation with the shop foreman, provide labor estimates to the service advisor, and monitor repair time and update the service advisor. Additionally, you will maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, complete story and/or documentation for client repairs, and assist in mentoring technician trainees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License
